Collection of general information when visiting our website
Type and purpose of processing:
When you visit our website, if you don’t register or transmit information elsewhere, information of a general nature is automatically recorded. This information (Server-Logfiles) includes the type of web browser, the used operating system, the name of the domain of your Internet-Service-Providers, your IP-address and similar.
They are processed for the following purposes:
- Ensuring a trouble-free connection to the Website
- Ensuring a smooth use of our website
- Evaluation of system security and stability and
- The optimization of the website
We do not use your data to draw conclusions about your person. Information of this kind may be statistically evaluated anonymously by us to optimize our internet presence and the technology behind it.
Legal basis and legitimate interest:
The processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 paragraph 1 lit. f DSGVO based on our legitimate interest in improving the stability and functionality of our website.

Recipients of the data are eventually technical Service Provider, who act as processors for the operation and maintenance of our website.
Storage period:
The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for the purpose of the collection. This is for the data, which serve the provision of the website, in principle the case, if the respective session is finished.
Provision of personal data:
The provision of the early named personal data is neither legally nor contractually required. Without the IP-Address however the service and functionality of our website is not guaranteed. In addition, individual services may not be available or restricted. For this reason, is a contradiction excluded.

We store this data in our systems until the statutory retention periods have expired. These are generally 6 or 10 years for reasons of proper accounting and tax requirements.

The provision of your personal data is voluntary. Without the provision of your personal data, we can not grant you access to our offered Contents and services.
Contact Form
Type and purpose of processing:
The data you entered will be stored for the purpose of individual communication with you. For this, the specification of a valid e-mail-address and its name is required. This serves the assignment of the request and the subsequent answer to the same. The specification of further data is optional.
Legal Basis:
The processing of data entered in the contact form is carried out based on a legitimate interest (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO)
By Deployment of the contact, we would like to enable an easy way to contact us. Your information will be stored for the purpose of processing the request and for possible follow-up questions. If you contact us, to request a quote, the data entered in the contact form is processed for the purpose of carrying out pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO).

Storage period:
The data will be deleted latest 6 months after processing the request. If a contractual relationship arises, we are subject to the statutory retention procedures in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and will delete your data after expiry of these periods.
Provision of personal data:
The provision of personal data is voluntary. However we can only process your request if you provide your name, e-mail-address, and the reason for the request.
SSL-encryption:
To protect the security of your data during transmission, we use state-of-the-art encryption methods (for example SSL) via HTTPS.
